1. Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility
By accessing, browsing or using the kirikex website or any of the services made available through it, you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. 2. Account Registration and Verification
To place bets, play casino games, or access any real-money features on kirikex, you must first create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address.
2.1 Accuracy of Information
You are required to provide truthful information during registration and to keep your account details up to date at all times. kirikex reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where inaccurate, misleading or false information has been provided, and to withhold any funds associated with that account pending investigation.
2.2 KYC Verification
Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification is mandatory before processing your first withdrawal. During KYC, you may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:
- A government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport or driving licence);
- Proof of residential address in Bangladesh (utility bill, bank statement issued within the last three months);
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account registered in your name).
KYC documents are reviewed by the kirikex compliance team within one to three working days. Until KYC is complete, your withdrawal privileges will remain restricted. Deposits and gameplay are available immediately upon registration.
2.3 One Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on kirikex. If you have forgotten your login credentials, please use the account recovery function or contact support. Opening a second account to circumvent a bonus restriction, self-exclusion, or any other account-level control is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses therein.
2.4 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kirikex username and password. 3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods
kirikex operates entirely in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts and bonus values are denominated in BDT. There are no currency conversion fees for Bangladesh players transacting in Taka.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay are processed within 1–4 hours during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 working days depending on the receiving institution. All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. kirikex reserves the right to delay processing of a withdrawal where additional verification is required or where a security review is in progress.
3.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method
Withdrawals will, wherever possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. If the original payment method is no longer available, an alternative may be arranged upon request to the support team, subject to identity verification. kirikex does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the Player's own name.
Funds Safety
Player balances at kirikex are held in accounts segregated from operational funds. Your deposited balance is protected and available for withdrawal at any time, subject to any applicable active bonus wagering requirements. kirikex does not use player funds for any operational purpose.
4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
kirikex offers a range of bonus promotions to new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet promotions and seasonal offers tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid and Pohela Boishakh. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotional page states otherwise.
4.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly on the promotion detail page at the time the offer is made. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonuses that remain uncleared after the expiry date will be forfeited.
4.2 Game Contribution Weightings

4.3 Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to exploit bonuses through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, the use of multiple accounts, or any other method that kirikex reasonably considers to constitute abuse of the promotional offer will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and any associated winnings. Repeated instances of bonus abuse will result in permanent account closure.
4.4 Bonus Opt-Out
Players who wish to deposit without receiving any bonus may opt out of promotional offers at any time by contacting the kirikex support team before making a qualifying deposit. Once a bonus has been credited to your account and wagering has commenced, the bonus cannot be removed without also forfeiting all associated bonus winnings.
5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Cricket and Sports Betting

5.2 In-Play Betting
Live in-play betting markets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other cricket fixtures are subject to brief suspension periods during key match events (wickets, boundaries, over changes). Bets submitted during a suspension period will be rejected automatically and no funds will be deducted. kirikex is not liable for connection delays or data feed latency that may affect a player's ability to place in-play bets.
5.3 Casino and RNG Games
All casino games available on kirikex — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming and Spribe, and live tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi — use certified random number generators or live dealing procedures that have been independently tested for fairness. Game malfunctions void all related play and stakes. kirikex is not responsible for interruptions to gameplay caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
5.4 Palpable Errors
In the event of an obvious pricing or display error ("palpable error") — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect jackpot display values or erroneously credited bonus amounts — kirikex reserves the right to void any bets placed or winnings generated as a result of that error and to correct the account balance accordingly. kirikex will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct such errors promptly and to notify affected players.
6. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection
kirikex is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all members in Bangladesh. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools and resources to help players manage their activity responsibly.
6.1 Available Player Tools
- Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps can be set directly within account settings. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a mandatory minimum cooling-off period.
- Session Time Limits: Players can set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out.

7.1 Account Suspension and Closure
kirikex reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without notice, where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed. In the event of account closure due to a breach, the player will be notified via their registered email address. Any undisputed real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) held at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the outcome of any fraud or integrity investigation.
7.2 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute relating to a bet settlement, account balance, bonus award or account closure should be submitted to kirikex support in the first instance. The support team will acknowledge your query within 24 hours and aim to provide a resolution within five working days. kirikex's decision on all disputes is final, subject to any applicable regulatory or legal recourse available to you under Bangladesh law.
8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
kirikex provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without technical interruption. kirikex is not liable for any loss — including loss of winnings — caused by:
- Planned or unplanned platform maintenance or downtime;
- Internet connectivity failures on the player's side;
- Third-party payment processor delays or failures;
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest or any other event beyond our reasonable control;
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain password security.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kirikex's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.1 Intellectual Property
All content on the kirikex platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, text, graphics, game interfaces and software — is the intellectual property of kirikex or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any kirikex content without express written permission. Game content from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers.
8.2 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts. kirikex operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and transparent operations for all Bangladesh players.
8.3 Entire Agreement
